The firm was founded in 2021 by Svetlana Tokoucheva and Cyrille Boillot after more than 20 years of practice in recognized law firms, including 15 years together.
Our objective is to offer tailor-made, pragmatic and cross-disciplinary support in an approach based on shared human values.
We assist our clients in their transaction related to equity, to shareholder relations, and in the framework of joint ventures agreements and commercial partnerships.
To deal with these transactions in their entirety, we involve lawyers with multidisciplinary expertise in business law: tax, employment, public and environmental law, competition and distribution, intellectual property and new technologies, litigation, restructuring, etc.
