Cyrille Boillot

Cyrille Boillot is co-founder of Essensis. He is a member of the Paris Bar and has practised mergers & acquisitions (M&A), private equity and corporate law for more than 25 years in a national and international environment. He is also experienced in securities law and the negotiation of joint venture agreements.

He began his career in 1999 with Hoche Avocats and then Vivien & Associés. He joined Stehlin & Associés in 2007, where he met Svetlana Tokoucheva. Over the years he has developed an expertise based on technicality and tailor-made solutions. 

He decided to found Essensis in 2021 in partnership with Svetlana Tokoucheva.

Cyrille’s humility, patience and pedagogy help to build a relationship of trust and proximity with his clients. He is also highly adaptable, given the different types of clients he has worked with and the variety of transactions, from small caps to large caps, in which he has been involved. 

His perseverance and calm, combined with the pragmatism of his experience, make him a business-oriented partner.

The creation of Essensis was an obvious response to his approach to the law practice. A flexible, responsive structure on a human scale, delivering an efficient service without ever losing sight of rigour.

Cyrille Boillot holds a Post Graduate Diploma (DEA) in business law and economics from the University of Paris I-Panthéon Sorbonne. He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1999.
