Anne-Laure Dupont-Scherer

Member of the Paris Bar, Anne-Laure began her career with Piotraut Giné Avocats. She continued her experience at Stehlin & Associés, where she worked closely with Svetlana Tokoucheva and Cyrille Boillot.

In 2021, she will join Svetlana and Cyrille to create Essensis.

Anne-Laure advises French and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate law. 

Anne-Laure is highly adaptable and works in a wide range of business sectors, on both standard and complex cases. The quality of her support is built upon her in-depth expertise in corporate law and her pragmatic approach. In order to meet the clients’ needs as effectively as possible, she is always attentive, available and empathic.

Anne-Laure Dupont-Scherer holds a Master 2 in Business Law from the University of Paris Panthéon-Assas. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2018.
